"Our relationship is fine—do we really need help?"

I hear that from a ton of couples. Things are okay, you are getting by day-to-day, but you feel the disconnect—some things just aren't clicking.
So many couples have the foundation they need to build a resilient, connected relationship—they just lack the tools.

Let's get real for a minute: Being a parent is tough. Everyone's trying their best—and sometimes your relationship is the first thing to suffer. But having kids doesn't mean you have to give up the best parts of being in love.

Dear Parents is the only relationship growth community built specifically for busy parents with young kids.

Just like a personal trainer for your relationship, we're here to help parents put clichéd, overused relationship advice in time-out, in favor of real tools to grow love and connection in your relationship while still raising kids.

Our mission:

We want to help 1,000 parents just like you get the practical tools and support you need to keep the fights clean, the sex dirty, and build a more resilient relationship—even when you're both busy AF.

A safe place to talk about life, love and everything in between

We all know that a happy and healthy relationship is one of the most important things in life, right? It can feel defeating to recognize that you don’t have a thriving, resilient relationship—but if you want to fix it, I can help.

After getting my Masters in Counseling Psychology in 2013, I've spent nearly a decade helping couples like you and your partner adjust to having kids in my private couples counseling practice (I have two kids of my own—it took me a while to get on track, too!). I’ve learned that the most effective way to strengthen your relationship is to explore each other’s unique areas of growth, and build on each other’s strengths.

Dear Parents is an easy way to discover more about who you are as a couple and how to build a more resilient relationship, without the stigma and time investment of seeing a traditional couples therapist. Together, we'll help you learn to tackle the ups and downs of life’s challenges together, from balancing your career and family to managing stress and having better sex—and all while having a ton of fun along the way.

I can't wait to meet you!

"Thank you Sarah, you really gave us a leap!
Your thoughtful, clean answers to our  relationship dilemmas gave us a new pathway."

"Sarah was really instrumental—not in changing our relationship, but in maintaining it. Just like you can't expect to be in great shape without going to the gym, having a great relationship and family takes work. We put a lot of energy into taking care of other people and other things, but now I feel like we're really taking care of our relationship!"
